Skeleton crew days are operational days during which the university is officially open, but departments operate with reduced staffing. Essential services continue to function, and staff may be scheduled on a rotational or volunteer basis to ensure minimal service disruption. Supervisors are responsible for identifying coverage and coordinating appropriate leave usage. For more information, refer to Â鶹ÌìÃÀ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Policy HR-08.

The following alternative days may be observed in lieu of a university holiday. Employees will need to discuss with their supervisor about availability of the desired date to switch.

The total number of holidays in a year to which an employee is entitled is not changed by use of alternative holidays.
