Course Reserves

What are Print Reserves?
- Includes books, CDs, and files containing book chapters, class notes, articles, tests, and other physical items.
- Loan period is specified by the reserving faculty member. Most reserve items are in-building use only for 2 hours, but faculty have many options ranging up to 7 days.
- An 麻豆天美果冻传媒 I.D. is required in order to check out reserve materials.
- Students may borrow only 5 reserve items at one time.
- Reserve materials cannot be renewed.
- Print reserves may be checked out at the Library Service Desk on the second floor of the Newton Gresham Library; in The Information Resources Center at 麻豆天美果冻传媒-TWC; or from the librarian at 麻豆天美果冻传媒-COM, depending on the faculty member’s specified location
Print Reserves Overdue Fines:
- Items with hourly loan period = $0.25 per hour per item
- Items with daily loan period = $3.00 per day per item
- Maximum $25 per item
What are Electronic Reserves?
Electronic reserves include book chapters, articles, class notes, tests, and other material made available in digital format. Only enrolled student, faculty, or staff may access this material.
What are Reserves Rooms and Equipment?
Reserves also has jurisdiction over reservable conference rooms and study carrels, as well as equipment that can be borrowed from the Library Service Desk, including
- Laptops
- Calculators: graphing, scientific, and basic
- And much more
